Story
On Sunday 28 April 2019 I’ll be taking up the challenge in Pancare’s Melbourne Walk for Hope and I need your support!
This year, over 3,364 people will be diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Out of all the major cancers, pancreatic cancer has one of the lowest survival rates with only an 8.7% chance of surviving at least 5 years. This must change – and with your support it can.
All donations will go towards Pancare Foundation’s patient support programs and funding into vital research in the fight against pancreatic, liver, biliary and foregut cancers.

The Pancare Foundation is a national not-for-profit organisation created in 2011. Our purpose is to increase survival and provide support to people affected by pancreatic cancer as well as other upper gastrointestinal cancers. With one of the lowest survival rates of all major cancers, pancreatic cancer statistics have not changed significantly in over 40 years. It’s time for us to make a change – join Pancare in the fight to improve outcomes today.
